These services are tailored to meet the individual requirements of different property owners, our clients.

Alpha, by choice, is not a large company. We aim to provide a personalised service to our clients.

Our people are well recognised in the industry, and have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

At Alpha,as our client, you would deal directly with a director of our company. Our company directors are involved in the day-to-day management of Alpha’s property portfolio. We feel that in this way, the people working on property issues actually understand your requirements, and are dedicated to ensure that you achieve your investment goals.

Alpha Property & Facilities Management Pty Ltd will tailor a package of services from either or both of Property Management Services, or, Facilities Management Services to meet the requirements of individual property owners.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY

At Alpha, we take a holistic approach to property. We consider what is best for the property, and, what is best for the property owner.

We service clients on a property basis, and have not established separate management, leasing and sales divisions. At Alpha, the left hand does know what the right hand is doing.

Our objective is not just to simply manage client’s properties, which implies a passive or reactive approach; it is to ensure that properties under management attain their highest and best use, through proactive management. Clients are kept fully informed through constant interaction.

We take a short and long term view of our client’s investments and apply appropriate management strategies to ensure that their requirements are serviced.

We work as a team to ensure that our client’s expectations are not only met but they are exceeded.
